Mobile Friendly Skin
by Ladycrystalite on June 09, 2011 10:54 pm

I've added a new mobile friendly skin that I picked up from the e-fiction skins forum. It's got minimal coding and is image free (with the exception of images imbedded into posts). The creator also lists it as a good skin for the vision impared, including the color blind, so I hope you like it.

New Story
by Ladycrystalite on May 30, 2011 2:39 am

Believe it or not, I've actually started a new story. It's something my brain has been processing for years but has finally driven me to start it. It's a Gundam Wing crossover with, of all things, Undercover Blues. Give it a shot and let me know what you think of it, if you would. Thanks. ^_^

Also, don't forget that if you have stories to submit of your own, it's free to sign up. You can see that I need help keeping new stuff on this site. Help me please?

SUCCESS!
by Ladycrystalite on March 13, 2010 9:11 pm

Finshed the 30 day challenge and refused to allow myself to cheat at all. I skipped zero days and I'm quite happy about that. The challenge is still open for any who would like to give it a try.

I will feature your challenge during its run and for one month after completion if you choose to undertake it. Just send me your intent to participate through the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page and tell me what the name of your story for the challenge is.

30 Days of Drabble
by Ladycrystalite on February 11, 2010 3:03 am

I've begun a personal challenge to write a drabble a day for the next 30 days and I invite everyone else to join me. Here are the rules:

1. One drabble must be posted every day for the next thirty days.

2. You must spend at least 10 minutes writing said drabble.

3. Any fandom will be acceptable.

4. [optional] A prompt word will be used for every drabble. The prompt word does not have to appear in the fic, but should relate somehow.

5. [also optional] Prompt word will be Dictionary.com's Word of the Day.

6. That's all as far as rules go! Have fun!

Update-All Wonky
by Ladycrystalite on October 04, 2009 11:23 pm

Just updated to ver. 3.5.1 and there are problems with story adds. Please be patient as I'm working on fixing it as quickly as I can.

EDIT:It's mostly working now. If you can't get the characters to load when adding a story, just try hitting the preview button and they'll pop up. I'm still working on this fix. Thank you!

EDIT 2: Rejoice, for it is fixed! Yay! You shouldn't have any problems adding stories now. If you do, just let me know.

New Cats.
by Ladycrystalite on April 05, 2009 7:32 am

Okay, I know I said that I wasn't going to add empty categories, but I realized that there weren't any top-level catagories for TV Shows or regular Cartoons. Those have been added. Now, as far as sub-catagories go, those will only be added when we've got material for them. Have fun with the new top-level catagories. Let's see if we can't get them filled up.

Story Update!!
by Ladycrystalite on January 29, 2009 4:59 am

There's finally a new chapter for "On a Pale Horse." I know that's not much of an update, but I'll try to get more chapters out for that one and (at the very least) "A Dragon in Swan's Clothing" and "The Pea Conspiracy." I'm also still working on my Gaia Online prompt challenge, so I should be getting out a few short stories within the next few months.

You have permission to beat me if I don't hold up to my promises. I don't want to go another six months without updating. It's not fair to you all.

That is all.

Told Ya!
by Ladycrystalite on May 31, 2008 5:54 am

I finally got something new posted. It's unbelievably short, but it's new.

Also, go ahead and register. You don't have to be a writer to earn an account. Readers are more than welcome.

Still Here
by Ladycrystalite on May 29, 2008 11:52 am

I just wanted to give a small update to say that I am around and I haven't abandoned this site. I also haven't abandoned any of my stories yet. I'll get something posted. I promise.

Bugging to Debug
by Ladycrystalite on March 11, 2008 8:51 am

I've been spending the last few days off of my computer, either working or taking care of my sister. She had surgery on Friday and is still feeling entirely too much pain for my comfort. Anyway, my point is, that I realized that the RSS feed wasn't working but I didn't have time to try and deduce the problem with it. It is now fixed thanks to the e-fiction forums.

I've also fixed a couple of issues with the Guidance skin, though for some reason I can't get it to show the "Most Recent Story" in the sidebar. I will figure it out.

Next, since I've picked up the e-fiction program, I've decided that I need to learn php. Honestly, I decided it way before I learned of e-fiction, but I needed a working model to help me compare and apply the stuff I learn in tutorials. I guess, wish me luck. It took me 6 years after embracing HTML to dive into cascading style sheets and frames (iframes came almost immediately after frames) so I may need a bit of luck and well wishing to get anywhere with php, with no money for school. Right now my hopes lie with the free online school of W3Schools.com.

Fikushon no Nanashi v. e-fiction... Operational
by Ladycrystalite on March 04, 2008 8:04 am

This is Ladycrystalite here (the Author formerly known as Rally) saying Welcome to the New FnN!!!

After two weeks, twenty dollars for a domain name, another thirty dollars for a web host upgrade package, a lot of e-mailing e-mail that didn't get sent and a whole heck of a lot of submitting stories and poetry to transfer over all the stuff from the old site, Fikushon no Nanashi ver. e-fiction 3.3.1 is now fully operational. *applause, applause* Thank you, thank you!

Any new vistors to this site, feel free to register for an account and begin submitting right away or just hang around and enjoy what my authors and I have to offer.

All existing authors, welcome to the new site! I did this mostly for those of you who live on feedback. Yes, there's finally an integrated review system. You should all have your shiny new passwords and can begin to customize your profile pages if you like. I stand by my previous statement that if you still want me to update your stories I don't mind. Just send it to me in an e-mail like normal. (This is for current authors only! New authors must submit their own work through the My Account-->New Story.)
